The privacy mode which is available on some of the web browsers is often called as porn mode or secret mode. There are quite a few names given to this. The latest version of the Apple Safari browser already has this mode and it works well on Apple OS.

It is now the turn of Internet Explorer to offer this facility to the Windows operating system users. The browser will offer the privacy mode so that information regarding the websites surfed on the browser is not avaiable.

Two new patents have been registered by Microsoft related to this feature, they go by the name - "Cleartracks" and the other by "Inprivate".

Mozilla Firefox which is one of the most widely used browsers are in the process of developing this feature.

The IE8 version by Microsoft is due to be released by december or early 2009.

The Zune 3 is all ready in 'plans' to be released in 2009, well we know its too far still to start dreaming about it but still being the tech freaks we are - thats our right!

The Zune 3 is rumored to come with a support for the Wi-Fi music store, so yes - you will be able to download (and pay ofcourse :-P) for your music on the go. The encouraging thing for the Europeans is that unlike the launch of the first zune (which took place after a lag after its USA launch) this one is going to be launched simultaneously in both the markets.

Lets wait and watch, shall we?

Microsoft has dropped the retail price of the Zune to $199. This announcement comes from ZuneInsider.com and is official. The price drop may be a strategic move right before an announcement from Apple on the iPhone and the iPod.

According to the survey, the 30GB Zune is definitely the most popular one, and returns a 94% satisfaction quotient.

Most stores in the US have been selling the Zune for $249 which is the retail price, but off late we have seen Dell.com selling the 30 GB zune for a mere $179. Lets wait and watch what this news brings to the iPod vs Zune or Microsoft vs Apple war.

After the launch of the Apple iPhone, there is only one thing remaining to be done.. i.e., Microsof to walk the same road. Crunchgear reports that the officials from Microsoft are working hard to get the Zune Phone underway latest by the year end.

Microsoft will be keeping their fingers crossed this year as they have a lot of new releases in 2007 and would hope that most of them go hit in this ever competitive technology market. The Zune phone is rumored to be a smart phone which will also work with the Zune marketplace, which is used at the moment for the Zune player.

We assume that Microsoft will try and get this in the shops by the holiday season and try and beat the iPhone.
