The Consumer Electronic Show 2007 has began and one of the first items on view is the new and first HD Consumer Camcorder. JVC is the first company to go in this direction which will enable us to take even sharper videos with these beauties. Earlier it was just the camera men in Hollywood/Bollywood movies who could afford them or use them, but JVC has taken it upon themselves to get the JVC Everio's in your households.

The JVC HD Camcorder can record at resolutions of 1440 x 1080 pixels and has a 5.37 Mega pixel CCD. The camcorder comes with a dedicated chip for every color co-ordinate. Other features like HDMI port, Usb 2.0, iLink port are also present. The JVC Everio also comes with a 60GB hard drive built in. This camcorder will cost you around $1800 and can possibly be released in the second quarter of 2007.
