ATI is marketing a new card this week, with a new Performance Mid-Range Gfx Card. The  Radeon X1800 GTO is a slimmed down version of the Radeon X1800 XL having twelve pixel pipelines and at a lower price but also with the less cost comes the slow speed of GDDR3 DRAM on board. It compares well with the new GeForce 7600GT,but the question is to be asked if it can sustain the pressure from Nvidia with their new product GeForce 7900GT which is only a fraction of more than the ATI card.
