Motorola has now announced the newer version of the good looking SLVR series phones. The MOTOSLVR L9 phone follows the L7 and by the looks of it, does it pretty well. The MOTO SLVR L9 comes with a 2 megapixel camera, 20mb of internal memory along with a microSD card slot which can take cards upto 2GB in size.

The Motorola SLVR L9 also comes with GPRS and EDGE class 10 data network support. There is an internal audio player which play various audio file extensions. The best part about the FM support is that it provides you with RDS. RDS is a system through which you can pull data off radio stations which will show you the song name, genre and title along with the radio station name. This will be the future of all FM radios and will be seen more and more in the days to come.

The price at which this phone will be released is not finalised, but we feel it should be in the $300-$400 range.
